Welcome to 5th and 6th Grade English Language Arts! I am excited to have you apart of our school community and I am looking forward to an awesome year with you all! This year we will read some great books about all types of different kids the same age as you from all around the world. We will explore how their circumstances impact their lives and how they can relate to you! We will also be studying literature through the lenses of music, poetry, short stories and plays! Together we are going to grow as readers and writers and you MIGHT even publish some works of your own!
