Kindergarten

Kindergarten students at Our Lady of Guadalupe are fortunate to participate in the Boston College TWIN-CS (Two-Way Immersion Network for Catholic Schools) dual language learning experience. Students are immersed in hands-on science, English and Spanish language arts, and math experiences in both English and Spanish languages. Students learn to read and write in both English and Spanish and grow in their socio-cultural skills as responsible and compassionate citizens of our global world. As members of Our Lady of Guadalupe's faith community, students are also educated in a richly Catholic environment in which each child is celebrated for their unique gifts, talents, and cultural identities. Kindergarten students also participate in physical education, social-emotion wellness, and art classes to help them grow as well-balanced, happy, and cherished gifts of God.
